Renew Your Licence Online
The online service guides the licensee, step-by-step, through the annual reporting process (renewal) by asking the same questions that are stated on the traditional mail-in renewal application. The licensee is able to answer the questions online, update contact information (address, e-mail, etc), and submit a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) payment through the Moneris system. Credit card transactions are encrypted and no one but the licensee and Moneris have access to the credit card number. Upon renewal of your licence, the renewal form is saved in a PDF format which can be accessed for future reference. Receipts issued online are also accessible by the licensee.
Updating Information Online
The gateway allows you to track your continuing education hours, monitor your ethics requirements and update your contact information anytime during the year. Agencies and adjusting firms can easily monitor their licensees to ensure licenses remain valid. The agency and adjusting firm can notify Council online if a licensee is no longer associated with them. Notice is immediately sent to Council and the suspension is processed.
You are solely responsible for the use and proper protection of your password and you must take precautions to prevent unauthorized use. If you believe your password has been breached, you may change it online.
